PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — AdaptHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: AHCO) has appointed Dale Wolf as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024. Mr. Wolf, who has been on AdaptHealth’s Board since November 2019, will replace outgoing Chairman Richard Barasch. Suzanne Foster, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, has also joined the Board, effective May 20, 2024.
“I am thrilled to assume the role and look forward to working alongside Suzanne and her team to leverage the momentum in our business,” said Mr. Wolf. He expressed optimism about continuing to improve the lives of millions who depend on AdaptHealth’s services.
In a significant leadership change, Josh Parnes, President of AdaptHealth and a Board member, will step down from his role as President on August 31, 2024, and from the Board on December 31, 2024. Mr. Parnes, who played a pivotal role in founding AdaptHealth, expressed pride in the company’s achievements.
