TREVOSE, PA — Active Day has announced the acquisition of two South Carolina-based home care providers, AllCaregivers, Inc. and New Generations Home Care of Florence, Inc., further strengthening its home care offerings in the region. These acquisitions come on the heels of the company’s earlier purchase of Goldencare, another South Carolina adult day and home care provider, marking significant progress in Active Day’s strategic expansion.
Founded in 1986 and 2020, respectively, AllCaregivers and New Generations have established themselves as trusted home care providers in South Carolina, recognized for their quality and commitment to local communities. By integrating these businesses into its portfolio, Active Day aims to enhance service delivery, combining in-home care services with its existing adult day care offerings.
“These acquisitions are highly complementary to Active Day’s existing adult day centers in South Carolina,” said Matt Donnelly, CEO of Active Day. “The combination of these three providers with our existing service model provides significant coverage of the South Carolina market and gives our team a greater ability to tailor service delivery to better serve individual and family needs.”
The acquisitions of AllCaregivers and New Generations represent Active Day’s second and third deals of 2025, contributing to a total of eight acquisitions completed since 2020. With this continued growth, the company solidifies its position as a leader in home and community-based care services across key markets.
Looking ahead, Active Day plans to maintain its momentum, delivering integrated, high-quality care tailored to the evolving needs of the individuals and families it serves.
