NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — On Thursday, Equus Capital Partners celebrated the grand opening of the AC Hotel by Marriott in Newtown Square, marking a significant milestone in the Ellis Preserve development. This five-story hotel, located at 200 Squire Dr, offers a blend of modern luxury and convenience with 140 rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, and 2,200 square feet of versatile meeting and event space.
The AC Hotel Newtown Square is part of the final phase of Ellis Preserve, a 218-acre master-planned community that combines nearly 2 million square feet of office space with retail, dining, and residential options. This phase also includes Ellis Mass Timber, a substantial office building, and The Ivy, a conference and banquet facility, positioning Ellis Preserve as a premier destination for both business and leisure.

The hotel’s design merges timeless elegance with a European modern aesthetic, featuring sleek furnishings and minimalist decor. The dining area transforms from AC Kitchen in the morning, serving family-style breakfasts, to AC Lounge in the evening, offering a menu inspired by Spanish tapas, along with signature cocktails and local craft beverages.
