HARRISBURG, PA — A York, Pennsylvania resident, Hakim Jamison, has been sentenced to 60 months in prison by United States District Court Judge Christopher C. Conner. The sentencing, which took place on January 16, 2023, was due to Jamison’s alleged involvement in possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.

United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam stated that Jamison previously pleaded guilty to one count of the same charge. Allegedly, Jamison purchased a .45 caliber Glock semi-automatic pistol and a box of Winchester .45 caliber ammunition from Stoneybrook Shooting Supply. These items were reportedly intended for two codefendants purportedly involved in their own drug trafficking activities.

The codefendants, Shiloh Idris Johnson and Kadie Jean Swartz, are scheduled for trial on April 1, 2024.

The case against Jamison and his codefendants was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), with Assistant U.S. Attorney Christian Haugsby leading the prosecution.
