HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that all driver license and photo centers, including the full-service location in Harrisburg, will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025, in observance of the Presidents Day holiday.

Despite the closures, PennDOT assures residents that its wide range of driver and vehicle services will remain accessible online 24/7 via its Driver and Vehicle Services website. Available services include driver’s license, photo ID, and vehicle registration renewals, as well as driver-history services, address changes, restoration fee payments, and REAL ID pre-verification. Additionally, users can schedule driver exams and request duplicates for lost or damaged licenses and ID cards. Importantly, there are no additional fees for utilizing these digital services.

PennDOT is encouraging customers to take advantage of the convenience offered by its online platform, particularly during holiday closures, to handle essential transactions without delays.
