PENNSYLVANIA — An unclaimed Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball ticket worth $150,000, sold in Philadelphia for the Saturday, July 30, 2022 drawing, will soon expire. The winner has until Sunday, July 30, 2023, to file a prize claim.
The Pennsylvania Lottery has announced that a Powerball® ticket with Power Play® worth $150,000, sold by Posh Fuel & Food at 8901 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia for the July 30, 2022 drawing, is still unclaimed and will soon expire. The ticket matched four of the five drawn white balls, with numbers 4, 17, 57, 58, and 68, and the red Powerball®, 12, resulting in winnings of $150,000, minus applicable withholding. Without the optional $1 Power Play®, the payout would have been $50,000. The Power Play® multiplier for this ticket was three.
A prize claim must be filed with the PA Lottery, either by mail or at a Lottery Area Office, by Sunday, July 30, 2023.
By law, unclaimed, expired lottery prizes remain in the Lottery Fund and are used to support programs benefiting older Pennsylvanians. Although some lotteries give players only 90 or 180 days to claim a prize, Pennsylvania Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed on a business day up to one year from the drawing date.
Players should check every ticket, every time, using self-service scanners found at retailers or with the Ticket Checker on the Lottery’s Official App. Sign tickets immediately for proof of ownership.
