HARRISBURG, PA — A Franklin County jury has found former youth baseball coach Justin Biser guilty of 65 charges, including sexual assault, indecent assault, child pornography, and invasion of privacy. The verdict was delivered on Thursday following a three-day trial.

Biser, 45, of Waynesboro, committed these crimes against three children and two adults between 2021 and 2023. Prosecutors revealed during the trial that Biser used his position as a coach to groom and target his victims. Testimony also confirmed that he sexually assaulted three individuals and secretly recorded two others.

Attorney General Dave Sunday commended the bravery of the victims who came forward to ensure justice was served. “The brave survivors of this heinous conduct refused to let the defendant avoid accountability, and I commend the jurors for reaching a just verdict,” Sunday said. “The survivors trusted the defendant as a role model and mentor, and he betrayed that trust.”

The case was prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Julia van Leeuwen and Senior Deputy Attorney General Jaime Keating, who emphasized the importance of protecting vulnerable individuals from exploitation.
