DEVON, PA — Recovery can be a difficult journey, and sometimes it is important to have a support network in place to help you through the process. Many individuals struggling with addiction or mental health disorders rely on support groups to provide them with the encouragement and guidance they need to move forward. Recovery Centers of America (RCA) at Devon understands this need and has recently announced its new “Shared Spaces” program, which offers meeting space at their facilities for local recovery and mental health support groups.

RCA is a leading provider of addiction treatment services, specializing in evidence-based care for individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. The organization has facilities located throughout Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, with the Devon location (235 W Lancaster Ave) in Pennsylvania being the latest facility to offer the Shared Spaces program. RCA recognizes the importance of support groups and aims to provide a platform for groups to meet and connect in a supportive environment.

The new Shared Spaces program at RCA is designed to provide meeting space for recovery-oriented, mental health, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups. Any group that submits a completed meeting space license agreement is eligible to use the shared space at no cost. This is an equal-opportunity meeting space offered by RCA for use by groups focusing on recovery support.

The meeting room size and number of participants vary by site, but group members are welcome to bring light refreshments for their meetings. RCA is donating the meeting space at no cost, making it an affordable and accessible option for groups that may not have their own dedicated meeting space.

Groups interested in hosting their support group at RCA may submit a form on their website to initiate the process. On submitting the form, the group will receive a meeting space license agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of usage.
