WEST BRANDYWINE, PA — Freedom Village at Brandywine, an Active Adult (55+) community, recently marked a significant milestone as it celebrated its 25-year anniversary with a grand masquerade-themed party, as well as other festivities earlier in the week, including a happy hour and a celebration recognizing residents who have lived in the community since its inception. The special occasion was a testament to the community’s enduring presence and unwavering commitment to its residents.

“Every year, we host an anniversary party, but this year is truly special as we commemorate 25 years of serving our community,” said Mary Main, director of sales and marketing at Freedom Village at Brandywine. “We are thrilled to have reached this momentous occasion and are grateful for the support and trust our residents and the local community have placed in us.”

The anniversary festivities commenced with a special happy hour, held two days prior to the main event, which brought together prominent members of the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce and the West Brandywine Township Board of Supervisors. This gathering served as an opportunity to formally recognize Freedom Village’s remarkable achievement and honor its longstanding commitment to the local community.

During the event, a proclamation was presented to Freedom Village at Brandywine, acknowledging its 25 years of dedicated service. The presence of both the chamber of commerce and the board of supervisors underscored the significance of this milestone and the community’s integral role in the region.

The day before the anniversary celebration, Freedom Village at Brandywine took the opportunity to honor its cherished residents who have been part of the community since its inception for the entire 25 years. These remarkable individuals, ten in total, were recognized for their unwavering loyalty and commitment to Freedom Village.

As part of the recognition, each resident received a special program commemorating their tenure at Freedom Village. Additionally, they were presented with heartfelt gifts as tokens of appreciation for their enduring loyalty and contributions to the community.

The 25-year anniversary celebration culminated in a dazzling masquerade-themed party, featuring live entertainment ranging from talented singers to card readers and photo booths. The event was an example of the vibrant and engaging lifestyle that Freedom Village at Brandywine offers its residents.
