PHILADELPHIA, PA — Students are in for a treat as Dunkin’ and its franchisees in the Greater Philadelphia region launch their fifteenth annual Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program. This year, a total of $100,000 in scholarships will be awarded to local students.

In collaboration with Scholarship America, Dunkin’ will provide 20 students from the Greater Philadelphia area with $5,000 each towards their academic pursuits at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school of their choice in the Fall of 2024.

The scholarship program is open to high school seniors and current part-time and full-time undergraduate students. The selection process will consider the applicants’ academic records, demonstrated leadership skills, and overall commitment to their school and local community.

Perry Shah, a Dunkin’ Franchisee and Chairman of the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Advertising Committee, expressed his pride in the program’s milestone. “As we reach the 15th year of the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program, Philadelphia Dunkin’ franchisees are honored to continue creating a positive impact on the lives of local students in our area,” he said. “We look forward to recognizing the bright minds of Philadelphia and helping ease the financial burden of schooling.”

Since its inception in 2009, the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program has awarded $700,000 in scholarships to 340 exceptional part-time and full-time undergraduate students and high school seniors.
