WEST GROVE, PA — Cristian Luna, Deputy Prothonotary at the Chester County Prothonotary’s office, has secured the endorsement of the Chester County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 11 in his bid to represent State House District 13.
Luna expressed deep gratitude for the support, stating, “The endorsement from the Chester County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 11 is an honor. My grandfather was a police officer who lost his life in the line of duty. I will fight to ensure our officers have the necessary protection and proper working conditions to keep my district and Chester County safe.”
At 27, Luna boasts a rich connection to the community. He grew up in West Grove, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Avon Grove High School. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from West Chester University in 2019. During his studies, he worked at Phillips Mushroom Farms and Longwood Gardens.
After college, Luna started his public service career at the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County as a bilingual legal advocate. His experiences have shaped his commitment to advocating for the residents of the 13th district.
Luna’s campaign emphasizes safety, community support, and effective representation for his district. He aims to bring the concerns of Chester County’s police force and its residents to Harrisburg, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed.
As the campaign progresses, Luna’s endorsement by the police lodge could bolster his standing among voters who prioritize law enforcement and public safety.
