EXTON, PA — Energage has joined forces with Innovation Women to celebrate exceptional workplaces led by women. The Woman-Led Top Workplaces award will recognize companies nationwide in October. These honored companies will be featured in Lioness Magazine, Innovation Women’s publication for female entrepreneurs.
The award spotlights organizations where employees feel valued and appreciated. To qualify, the highest-ranking position in the company must be held by a woman. Employee feedback forms the basis of this recognition, highlighting standout employee experiences.
Bobbie Carlton, founder and CEO of Innovation Women, emphasized the significance of this initiative. “As the leader of a woman-led company, I understand the importance of celebrating both great company cultures and other women-led organizations,” she said. “I also recognize that this is key moment in history. Without access to data, we will be ill-prepared to meet the challenges that lie ahead.”
Energage’s confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey underpins the Top Workplaces award. The survey evaluates companies against robust industry benchmarks drawn from over 18 years of culture research.
“This partnership pairs two great organizations focused on celebrating workplace excellence,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “We both see the importance of a people-first workplace experience, and we celebrate employees, who are the heart of any thriving organization.”
Nominations for the Woman-Led Top Workplaces award are open, inviting companies to showcase their commitment to employee satisfaction and leadership diversity.
