DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Sweet Aloha Bowls, known for its vibrant and healthy offerings, has opened its second location at the River Station community in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. This expansion from a successful food truck, launched in 2016, marks a significant step in the café’s growth journey.
Visitors to Sweet Aloha Bowls can enjoy a wide array of options, including acai and pitaya bowls, smoothies, overnight oats, gourmet toasts, and nut butters. The café prides itself on using top-quality, fresh ingredients, with smoothie bowls crafted from hand-blended, 100% frozen fruit to replicate traditional Hawaiian and Brazilian recipes.
Sam Sherrill of Hankin Group, the developer of River Station, expressed enthusiasm for the café’s alignment with the community’s focus on health and wellness. “Sweet Aloha Bowls is a wonderful addition to the active River Station community, providing residents, commercial tenants, and guests with a delicious dining option that will leave them feeling energized,” said Sherrill.
Janeen Mitchell, founder and co-owner, shared excitement about the new location. “We have grown a very loyal following in Chester County through our food truck, and expanding our business to River Station was a great opportunity to continue to grow within a flourishing community,” said Mitchell. “We can’t wait to say ‘aloha’ and share our passion for healthy and delicious products with the River Station and Downingtown community.”
Located at 200 River Station Boulevard, the new Sweet Aloha Bowls location aims to energize visitors with its nutritious and delicious offerings while contributing to the social fabric of Downingtown.
