WAYNE, PA — Frontline Education has announced a strategic partnership with Equifax to integrate The Work Number®, a leading income and employment verification service, into its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for clients in Texas and California. This collaboration aims to streamline verification processes, benefiting school districts by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting their workforce more effectively.

The Work Number® provides clients with seamless access to verification services at no additional cost, facilitating essential life events for employees, such as applying for mortgages, auto loans, or government benefits. This partnership marks Frontline Education as the first EdTech collaborator with The Work Number®, highlighting its dedication to improving administrative processes for K-12 schools.

“Our relationship with Equifax reflects our unwavering commitment to the K-12 community, specifically in saving administrators valuable work hours that can be better spent supporting district goals,” said Mark Friedman, Chief Marketing Officer of Frontline Education. “Whether through our own innovations or strategic partnerships like this one, we aim to bring best-in-class solutions to school leaders, helping them operate more efficiently, focus more on what matters most, and ultimately help create better outcomes for students.”

The automated capabilities of The Work Number® significantly reduce the workload on Human Resources departments by ensuring 24/7 access to verification services, even outside regular office hours. This service not only enhances efficiency but also strengthens compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating timely decision-making.

Melanie Holmes, Director of HR Operations at Trinity County Office of Education, noted the benefits of this integration, stating, “This solution allows us to provide swifter, more accurate information while reducing delays, even when staff are unavailable. It also helps protect employee privacy by keeping financial activities, such as loan applications, more confidential.”

Joe Muchnick, Senior Vice President of Alliances at Equifax Workforce Solutions, added, “Our relationship with Frontline Education allows us to bring The Work Number® to even more districts, helping to reduce administrative burdens and help ensure more secure and accurate verifications in support of district employees as they pursue important life events.”
