The HEC-Dow Jones ranking, now in its fourth year, evaluates private equity firms based on a rigorous quantitative analysis of their performance over a 10-year period. This year’s report reviewed data from 649 firms managing 2,662 funds launched between 2011 and 2020. Together, these funds represent a total equity volume of $2.29 trillion.
