WAYNE, PA — Renovus Capital Partners announced the sale of its portfolio company, LeapPoint, to Omnicom, marking a significant move in the marketing technology sector. LeapPoint, known for its expertise as an Adobe Gold Solution partner, offers strategic integration services that enhance the marketing performance of Fortune 1000 enterprises.

Under the leadership of Co-Founder and CEO Nik DeBenedetto, LeapPoint has focused on optimizing marketing operations by aligning people, processes, and Adobe technology. “We are thankful for our partnership with Renovus,” said DeBenedetto. “Renovus provided invaluable support as we refined our strategy, built our management team, and expanded internationally. We look forward to executing our growth plans under Omnicom.”

This acquisition strengthens Omnicom’s existing partnership with Adobe, as the company already utilizes Adobe’s Content Supply Chain solution to enhance its integrated client services. Omnicom’s strategic move aims to leverage LeapPoint’s capabilities to further its marketing technology offerings.

Jesse Serventi, Co-Founding Partner of Renovus, highlighted the alignment of vision between Renovus and LeapPoint. “Our 2021 investment in LeapPoint came shortly after Adobe’s acquisition of Workfront, a key product for marketers and LeapPoint’s core competency. The LeapPoint team has since built extensive expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud, earning Adobe’s Content Supply Chain Ready badge,” Serventi noted. “We congratulate Nik and the team and are confident that LeapPoint will further enhance Omnicom’s Adobe capabilities.”

The transaction highlights LeapPoint’s growth and its pivotal role in Omnicom’s strategy to deliver personalized content at scale, reinforcing its position as a leader in marketing technology solutions.
