EXTON, PA — Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), a prominent environmental consulting firm, is set to establish its Pennsylvania-East operations at 410 Eagleview Boulevard in Exton, PA. The company signed a lease for 9,524 square feet in the class A suburban flex building, marking its return to the Eagleview Corporate Center.
With 28 offices across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, GES strategically chose this location to better align with its evolving business demands. The site offers easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and boasts amenities that appeal to employees and clients alike, as well as prospective talent.
“Relocating our Pennsylvania – East office to Eagleview was a very easy, and ultimately seamless decision,” said Jennifer O’Reilly, Director of Operations at GES. “We have a long and positive working relationship with Hankin Group and knew their leasing and property management teams would go above and beyond to meet our unique needs, timeline, and space requirements.”
Eagleview Corporate Center, a thriving commercial hub developed by the Hankin Group, continues to attract interest from professional service firms and life science companies. Sam Sherrill, Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager at Hankin Group, emphasized the strategic benefits of Eagleview’s location.
“Eagleview, with its convenient location near a highly skilled workforce, robust infrastructure, and vibrant live, work, play environment, is particularly well suited for professional service firms like GES,” Sherrill stated. “We’re thrilled to welcome GES back to the Eagleview community and look forward to supporting their continued growth and success in the market.”
The 410 Eagleview Boulevard property spans 41,000 square feet and is tailored for office, research and development, and light manufacturing uses. GES’s lease is part of a broader trend of increased activity in the Eagleview Corporate Center, which has seen strong demand from life sciences firms. Recent leases in the area total over 78,000 square feet, including space secured by Excision Medical, KOKO Medical, and Frontage Laboratories.
Ges’s decision to return to Eagleview reinforces the area’s reputation as a prime location for businesses seeking flexibility, top-tier infrastructure, and a connected, dynamic workplace environment. This move signals continued momentum for leasing activity in Exton and underscores Eagleview’s status as a premier destination for innovation and business growth.
