WAYNE, PA — On Tuesday, Berger Communities celebrated the grand opening of Kennett Square Apartments, marking their 12th apartment community in Chester County. Located at 600 W. State Street in the heart of Kennett Square’s historic downtown, the 160,000-square-foot development places residents within walking distance of local businesses, boutique shops, and entertainment venues.
The complex comprises 166 one- and two-bedroom units distributed across two four-story buildings. Residents can enjoy an array of premium amenities, including an outdoor deck complete with fire pits and grilling stations, community entertainment spaces, and work-from-home lounges.
