Notable is a PTC matrix rated to handle 1500 VDC and 1125 J, expanding Vishay’s offerings for high-demand sectors.

APEC attendees can also look forward to dynamic product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Vishay’s innovative solutions. Highlights include IHLE® series low-profile, high-current inductors with integrated E-field shields, the PCAN and RCP power resistors with superior heat management, and a 48 V eFuse built with TrenchFET® MOSFETs that supports 100 A continuous operation. Automotive applications on display will include an intelligent battery shunt utilizing Vishay’s WSBE Power Metal Strip® resistors and a compact 1 kW, 48 V / 12 V buck-boost converter.
