MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.10 per share for both common stock and Class B common stock.
This dividend is scheduled for payment on December 12, 2024, to shareholders who are on record as of the close of business on December 3, 2024.
Future dividends will require approval from the Board.
