VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) recently announced the election of Tina Faraca to its Board of Directors, which became effective August 7, 2024. Ms. Faraca brings a wealth of experience from her current role as Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines at TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP).
Ms. Faraca joined TC Energy in 2020, where she has been instrumental in leading commercial and operational matters across the company’s regulated natural gas transmission and storage business. Her extensive background in the energy sector includes leadership positions at Enable Midstream Partners and Enbridge. At Enable Midstream, she served as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President, Commercial. During her tenure at Enbridge and its predecessors, Spectra Energy and Duke Energy, she held several key roles, including Vice President of U.S. Engineering and Construction and President of Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline.
