EXTON, PA — Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSC) has announced the recent appointment of Major General Garry Dean to its Board of Directors as an independent director, which became effective May 16, 2024. Maj. General Dean’s addition expands the IS&S Board to five directors.
Maj. General Dean, a retired Director of the National Guard Bureau Joint Staff at the Pentagon, brings a wealth of military experience. He supported Army and Air National Guard policies, missions, and operations across the 54 U.S. states, territories, and the District of Columbia. An alumnus of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a former F-15 pilot, he commanded and led a combat deployment of the 142 Fighter Wing in Portland, Oregon. With over 4,000 flight hours in the T-37, T-38, and F-15 airframes, Maj. General Dean is a seasoned command pilot.
Currently, Maj. General Dean serves as President of Peduzzi Associates, Ltd., Senior Advisor to Vita Inclinata Technologies, and Vice-Chair of the Community Oversight Board of the Arlington County Police, Virginia.
