EXTON, PA — Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSC) has announced the appointment of Denise L. Devine, CPA, MBA, MST, as an independent director to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Ms. Devine will also serve on the Audit Committee. Her election will be confirmed at the company’s next annual shareholder meeting or until her successor is appointed or qualified. With this addition, the IS&S Board expands to six directors.
Ms. Devine brings an extensive portfolio of entrepreneurial and financial leadership experience to IS&S. She is the founder and CEO of FNB Holdings LLC, a health and wellness-focused company established in 2014. Additionally, Ms. Devine founded and served as CEO of Nutripharm, Inc., which has developed patented products in the natural food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors to promote long-term health and nutrition.
Her impressive career also includes serving in financial management roles at Campbell Soup Company and as CFO of Energy Solutions International. Ms. Devine currently sits on the Board of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:FULT) and has chaired the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. Recognized for her professional contributions, her accolades include the “Best 50 Business Women in Pennsylvania” Governor’s Award and the Take the Lead Award from the Girl Scouts.
