MALVERN, PA — Cantaloupe, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTLP) has been named a “2024 Champion of Board Diversity” by The Forum of Executive Women, marking its fourth consecutive year receiving this honor. The recognition highlights Cantaloupe’s commitment to maintaining a board with at least 30% women, placing it in the Silver Tier for having 40% or more female representation.

The Forum of Executive Women honored the Champions of Board Diversity at its Leadership Breakfast on November 12, 2024. The event also featured the unveiling of the Women in Leadership 2024 Report, developed in collaboration with PwC US, which examines the advancement of women leaders in corporate boardrooms and executive suites throughout the Philadelphia region.
