WAYNE, PA — Renovus Capital Partners has announced a majority investment in Performive, a leading provider of managed IT services for mid-market enterprises. This strategic move is expected to significantly boost Performive’s growth and innovation across several key areas, including product development, customer service enhancement, and partner engagement.
Established in 2005, Performive specializes in cloud services, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, offering critical solutions that help businesses scale securely and efficiently. The company’s reputation for technical expertise and exceptional service has made it a trusted partner for thousands of clients.
The investment from Renovus will enable Performive to expand its solution offerings, enhance its team, and pursue strategic acquisitions. These initiatives aim to strengthen Performive’s commitment to delivering high-value, customer-centric services.
Gary Simat, Co-Founder and CEO of Performive, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that the collaboration marks a pivotal moment for the company. “This partnership with Renovus is a pivotal moment that will fuel our continued innovation and allow us to enhance the customer experience and drive greater value for our clients,” Simat noted. “With this investment, we’re ready to accelerate our goal of becoming a leading MSP serving mid-market enterprises across the U.S.”
Jason Tanker, Managing Director at Renovus, highlighted the alignment of Performive with their investment strategy, which focuses on differentiated managed service providers with strong recurring revenue and a customer-centric approach. “We see tremendous growth potential in Performive’s platform and are excited to partner with the team to accelerate the company’s expansion, both organically and inorganically,” Tanker stated.
Performive is the first platform investment from Renovus IV, which was launched in October 2024 with total commitments of $875 million.
