WAYNE, PA — Volaris Group, a division of Constellation Software Inc., has announced its acquisition of HUSK, a prominent corporate wellness provider based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, in September 2024. This strategic move is set to enhance Volaris’s portfolio by integrating HUSK’s innovative wellness services into its offerings.

HUSK, originally founded in 1992 as GlobalFit and rebranded in 2022, specializes in a comprehensive range of wellness solutions. These include tele-nutrition, tele-mental health, tele-physical therapy, wellness rewards, and fitness services. Its technology-driven approach serves over 70 million individuals through corporate wellness programs or health plans. Post-acquisition, HUSK will maintain its brand identity and operate as an independent unit within Volaris.
