Supreme Group Acquires Amendola Communications to Expand Healthcare Marketing Platform

Supreme Group

WEST CHESTER, PA — Supreme Group has announced the acquisition of Amendola Communications, a leading agency specializing in public relations, marketing, and social media services for healthcare, health tech, and life sciences companies. The move is part of Supreme Group’s strategy to strengthen its platform of marketing and communications services within the industry.

Amendola will continue to operate under its own brand as a standalone entity within Supreme Group. Jodi Amendola, the company’s co-founder, will remain as president, leading a team of 25 employees serving roughly 50 clients. Sharing the vision behind the acquisition, Jodi Amendola stated, “Joining Supreme Group allows us to preserve our autonomy and strategic approach while gaining access to enhanced resources and expertise from Supreme Group’s companies. This partnership ensures even greater value for our clients.”

This acquisition marks another addition to Supreme Group’s growing portfolio, which now includes five agencies focused on healthcare and life sciences marketing. Supreme Group itself was created following a majority investment in Supreme Optimization by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners in March 2023. The group has since grown to include four other agencies, offering a broad range of services, including digital marketing, creative design, and lead generation.

Founded over 20 years ago by Jodi and Ted Amendola, Amendola Communications began with a mission to promote digital health solutions and improve healthcare outcomes. Over time, the agency expanded its focus to encompass general healthcare and life sciences marketing, helping both startups and Fortune 500 companies achieve growth through strategic campaigns. Amendola has played a pivotal role in driving funding rounds, acquisitions, and IPOs for its clients.

Tom Donnelly, CEO of Supreme Group, highlighted the alignment between the two companies. “Amendola’s reputation, particularly in health tech, makes the agency a natural fit within the Supreme Group family,” he said. “We’re excited to support their entrepreneurial, results-driven approach and enhance their capabilities through our combined platform.”

The acquisition is expected to accelerate growth opportunities for Supreme Group and its agencies while solidifying their position as leaders in healthcare and life sciences marketing.
