EXTON, PA — Kimberton Whole Foods is set to open its largest Chester County store at Eagleview Town Center, Exton, in spring 2026. The 14,000-square-foot grocery store will begin construction on Rice Boulevard this month, promising a diverse range of organic produce, grass-fed meats, specialty cheeses, and more.
The new location will feature a full menu of grab-and-go meals, including wraps, salads, sushi, and heat-and-eat dinners. Customers can also take advantage of online shopping and curbside pickup services. “Located conveniently near I-76 and Route 100, Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview is set to become the top natural grocery destination for residents,” said Sam Sherrill of Hankin Group.
Ezra Brett of Kimberton Whole Foods highlighted the importance of the location, stating, “Eagleview is the perfect location for our eighth store, allowing us to expand our family-owned company.” The store will be part of the vibrant Eagleview community, known for its mixed-use setup and community-focused design.
Hankin Group plans to add 41 luxury apartments above the store, offering modern amenities like a pet spa and outdoor terrace. Bob Hankin, Hankin Group’s president, emphasized the alignment of Kimberton’s community values with Eagleview’s, adding, “Kimberton Whole Foods’ commitment to community and sustainability aligns perfectly with our vision.”
The Eagleview store aims to enhance local engagement and support regional farmers through its Rounding Up at the Register program, donating proceeds to local nonprofits. This initiative highlights Kimberton Whole Foods’ dedication to community involvement and sustainable practices.
