VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) has appointed Julie Fazio as President of UGI International, marking a significant milestone for the company’s leadership team.
Ms. Fazio, who joined UGI International in September 2022 as Vice President of Supply, has quickly emerged as a pivotal leader within the organization. Her responsibilities expanded in December 2023 when she was named Vice President of Region West, overseeing the company’s LPG operations in France and Belgium while continuing to lead European supply functions. Fazio brought with her over 25 years of experience at ExxonMobil, where she held multiple senior leadership roles.
