WAYNE, PA — Rosenberg & Parker has announced the promotion of four senior executives, a strategic move aimed at supporting the company’s ongoing growth and strengthening its commitment to industry-leading expertise and client service.

The recently promoted executives include Jack Rosenberg, named President, who will oversee strategic planning and execution of the company’s vision while retaining his responsibilities in Advisory & Production.

Elizabeth Cervini has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Development, where she will lead the creation of innovative employee development systems while continuing to oversee Surety Bond Operations and Account Management.

John Wescott has been named Executive Vice President of Strategy & Firm Architecture. With decades of experience in consulting, Wescott will guide strategic initiatives and shape the firm’s architecture to support future growth.

James DiSciullo will take on the role of Director of Advisory & Production, continuing to lead R&P’s Energy Practice while driving expansion within the broader Advisory & Production division.
