DEVON, PA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® is celebrating the recognition of its own Chief Executive Officer, Larry Flick V, who has been named to the prestigious 2024 Swanepoel Power 200. The annual list recognizes the most influential and powerful executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry, with Flick securing the 65th spot this year.

“I’m incredibly proud and honored to be recognized by T3 Sixty, especially alongside such a talented and successful group of real estate professionals,” Flick commented on his achievement. He also acknowledged the hard work and dedication of his team, stating, “While my name may be on the list, this award would not be possible without the continued dedication of our sales associates and employees. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work.”

As CEO of Fox & Roach and The Trident Group, Flick oversees almost 5,000 sales associates across more than 75 sales offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. His leadership has led to Fox & Roach being named the top office in the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network for eight consecutive years.

Flick’s tenure as CEO, which began in 2018, has been marked by strategic growth and expansion. Among his notable achievements was the successful merger with New Jersey Properties in July 2023. This move added 650 agents and 15 offices to Fox & Roach, extended its reach into six new markets, and established the firm as the leading residential brokerage in New Jersey within the communities it serves.

In addition to his recent Swanepoel Power 200 recognition, Flick’s business leadership has earned him a place on the RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers list and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of Most Admired CEOs. He also serves on the board of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities, a nonprofit organization that has donated over $8.8 million to more than 250 local organizations aiding children and families in distress.

Flick’s achievement is part of a broader pattern of recognition for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices executives. Chairman Gino Blefari was ranked third on the Swanepoel Power 200 list, with CEO Christy Budnick appearing at number 25. Several other executives from across HomeServices’ brokerage and franchise companies also featured on the list.

“Exploring, researching and analyzing the industry’s leaders and executives is always one of the most excruciating yet most thrilling parts of my year,” shared Stefan Swanepoel, executive chairman of T3 Sixty, the publisher of the Swanepoel Power 200.

This latest recognition underscores Flick’s influence and leadership in the residential real estate brokerage industry and cements Fox & Roach‘s position as a leading force in the Greater Philadelphia region’s real estate market. It serves as a testament to the company’s strategic growth initiatives and commitment to serving its communities.
