Mohler brings extensive experience in healthcare staffing, having previously served as Executive Director of Operations and Delivery at HealthCare Support (HSS). During his tenure, he oversaw business development, recruitment, and team management, contributing to HSS’s significant growth and its acquisition by Ingenovis Health. Before that, Mohler spent a decade at Allegis Group, where he led divisional practices, further solidifying his expertise in scaling staffing organizations.
