EXTON, PA — iPipeline has announced the recent hiring of Steve Cover as its new Chief Technology Officer. Cover will drive the company’s technical vision and roadmap, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and connectivity within the industry.
Cover brings over 30 years of experience in leading technology teams and developing solutions that align with business strategies. He has a history of transforming software development processes and modernizing product architectures. Before joining iPipeline, Cover held significant roles at companies like UKG, UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, and CentralSquare Technologies.

Cover, co-author of seven U.S. technology patents, will lead the technology team to advance iPipeline’s mission of digitally transforming financial services. His focus will be on expanding technological capabilities and enhancing market differentiation, ultimately increasing value for clients.

Cover holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Furman University. He will report directly to CEO Pat O’Donnell.
