MALVERN, PA — GrayHawk Health has named Maria McCall as its new Senior Vice President of Operations. McCall, with a distinguished background in healthcare leadership, will spearhead efforts to enhance patient care and operational efficiency at the organization.
McCall’s new role at GrayHawk Health involves overseeing patient services, client and member services, and overall company operations. Her focus will be on optimizing workflows and maintaining high standards of patient care. This appointment aligns with GrayHawk Health’s mission to empower people to live well.

McCall’s career spans over 20 years in healthcare management. Before joining GrayHawk, she served as SVP of Hospital Operations at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. There, she managed cardiology and gastroenterology units and led nearly 400 physicians and staff in clinical services at Einstein Medical Center, a non-profit network serving diverse patient populations.

McCall’s previous roles include Senior Administrative Director of Surgery and Medical Specialties at Crozer-Keystone Health System and Operations and Compliance Manager of Solid Organ Transplant at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She also held positions at Halifax Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
