McKinney brings to the table a deep expertise in the nuanced tax landscape specific to utilities, encompassing regulatory compliance, asset depreciation, tax credits, and the tax implications associated with rate case filings. Her near-decade leadership in regulatory tax and accounting at UGI Utilities in Pennsylvania, where she notably served as an expert witness in multiple rate cases, underscores her proficiency in navigating this complex field.

A Certified Public Accountant, McKinney holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business/Management with a minor in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Villanova University.
