CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — The Center for Professional Innovation & Education (CfPIE) has announced Aditi Khurana as its new course director. A seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), drug development, and strategic planning, Khurana brings a proven track record of innovation and leadership to her role.
With academic credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Khurana also holds certifications such as PMP and RAC. Her professional experience spans roles in clinical laboratory science, cytogenetics, and molecular biology, where she contributed to the development of advanced diagnostic tools. Additionally, her work in managing clinical development and product strategy has solidified her position as a leader in the biotech industry.
Khurana is widely recognized for her expertise in integrating AI into drug development processes and regularly speaks at industry conferences such as RAPS and DIA. With a passion for advancing the field, she has co-authored several publications and continues to advocate for the adoption of AI in healthcare.
Building on these achievements, Khurana has designed CfPIE’s first-ever course on AI in drug development, Generative AI in Drug Discovery & Development: Navigating the New Frontier. This intensive 5-hour program is aimed at professionals in fields like toxicology, regulatory affairs, medical writing, and program management. The course focuses on key AI concepts, the benefits and risks of AI applications, and the role of AI in regulated healthcare environments.
