Hope Needham brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to joining Frontline, she served as Chief People Officer at ConstructConnect, where she spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, foster collaboration, and align people strategies with business goals. During her tenure, she implemented leadership development programs that strengthened the company’s culture and engagement.
At Deltek, where she held various leadership roles, Needham created a coaching program that made development opportunities accessible to all employees, further bolstering leadership capabilities throughout the organization. Widely recognized for her emphasis on collaboration, coaching, and innovative solutions, Needham has built a strong career focused on building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful workplace transformations.
