BERWYN, PA — Envestnet has appointed Chris Todd as its new Chief Executive Officer, which took effect on January 21, 2025. Todd succeeds Jim Fox, who has served as Interim CEO. Chris Todd brings a wealth of leadership experience to Envestnet, having previously served as CEO of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a leading privately held software company known for delivering innovative solutions to some of the world’s largest organizations. At UKG, Todd cultivated a culture of accountability and client focus, achieving significant growth and driving value for clients.
