WAYNE, PA — Education Management Solutions (EMS) has announced the appointment of Louis Faustini as its new Chief Executive Officer. Faustini succeeds Matt Merino, who will transition to the role of Executive Advisor, ensuring continuity during the leadership transition.
Faustini, who brings over 25 years of experience in executive leadership and operations, has a track record of guiding technology-enabled businesses through growth and transformation. His expertise in scaling organizations through people development, customer service excellence, and outcome-driven strategies highlights his suitability for leading EMS into its next phase of innovation in healthcare simulation solutions.
Prior to joining EMS, Faustini served as CEO of Soroc Technology, where he successfully executed a critical transformation initiative that culminated in the company’s integration with other holdings. He also held senior leadership roles at Data Intensity and CompuCom Systems.
