Burkert as President, in addition to her current role as Chief Executive Officer. Thomas M. Reusche, Executive Vice President, will now serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors. Burkert, who joined Bala’s Board in 2017 and has served as CEO since 2021, will take on expanded responsibilities as President.
