EXTON, PA — Excision Medical, a medical device company, has relocated its corporate headquarters to a new 12,276 square foot space at 260 Sierra Drive in Eagleview, Exton, PA. This move marks a pivotal step for the Malvern-based startup, aligning with its recent $11 million Series A funding round as it shifts from research and development to clinical testing.

Jason Keiser, Vice President of Operations at Excision Medical, expressed enthusiasm for the move. “We are thrilled to officially move into our new space at Eagleview,” Keiser stated, highlighting the importance of a customizable, Class A Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) facility for their ongoing development of structural heart products.

Bob Hankin, CEO of Hankin Group, noted the significance of Excision Medical’s relocation to Eagleview, a 800-acre mixed-use community known for its master-planned, amenity-rich environment. “Excision Medical is the third business Jason and his partners have brought to Eagleview, a testament to the value master-planned, amenity-rich, and transit-oriented real estate delivers for companies across industries,” Hankin remarked.

The facility at 260 Sierra Drive, part of Eagleview’s expansive one million square feet dedicated to life sciences and research, is fully equipped for office, research and development, light manufacturing, and pharmaceutical uses. Eagleview has rapidly become a hub for the life sciences sector in the Philadelphia region, hosting companies like West Pharmaceutical Services, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Frontage Laboratories.

The relocation of Excision Medical not only underscores the company’s growth trajectory but also highlights Eagleview’s appeal as a premier destination for innovative businesses. With a blend of residential, commercial, and retail spaces, Eagleview offers a unique environment that supports both professional and personal lifestyles.
