EXTON, PA — Energage, in partnership with Monster, has unveiled the 2024 list of Top Workplaces for Remote Work, spotlighting 198 top employers across the United States. This recognition, now in its second release this year, honors companies that excel in creating an exemplary remote work environment.
Leading the 150-499 employee category is Intradiem, while Fairway Independent Mortgage Company tops the 500+ employee category. Other notable winners include Fifth Third Bank, The Auto Club Group (AAA), and Sun Life U.S., all praised for their commitment to fostering a positive remote work culture.
The award is grounded in employee feedback, reflecting companies’ dedication to providing outstanding remote work experiences and their intentions to continue supporting remote employment. The accolades are part of Energage’s broader initiative to recognize organizations that prioritize employee engagement and cultivate people-focused cultures.
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, emphasized the significance of the award, stating, “Being named a Top Workplace puts a company’s culture strengths on the national stage, helping them stand out in today’s fiercely competitive landscape. It’s a morale-boosting honor for the workforce and an effective magnet for attracting high-caliber talent.”
Scott Blumsack, CMO of Monster, also highlighted the importance of the partnership, saying, “We are thrilled to partner with Energage on the Top Workplaces for Remote Work. These awards underscore the importance of listening to employees about where and when they can be their most productive and happiest selves – we know that this flexibility is essential to helping both employers and candidates find the right fit.”
The Top Workplaces award is based on Energage’s confidential employee engagement survey, leveraging over 18 years of research to evaluate participating companies against industry benchmarks. This initiative continues to shine a light on organizations that truly value their employees and adapt to modern work preferences.
