KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The National Lifeline Association (NaLA) has elected Chuck Campbell, Founding Partner of CGM Solutions, Inc., to its Board of Directors. This appointment, made by the board’s current voting members, follows recent by-law amendments designed to expand board representation across key sectors of the Lifeline industry.
With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, primarily focused on the Lifeline sector, Mr. Campbell is a respected figure in the industry. His company, CGM Solutions, specializes in compliance-driven software solutions for wireless and broadband providers participating in federal programs such as Lifeline and the former Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). CGM’s SASS software is widely recognized for supporting operational efficiency and program compliance.
Beyond his leadership at CGM, Campbell has worked extensively with the FCC and USAC to break down barriers for low-income consumers, streamlining enrollment processes while ensuring program integrity through robust compliance measures.
David B. Dorwart, Chairman of the NaLA Board, expressed confidence in Campbell’s ability to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission. “Chuck brings extensive experience and expertise that will be instrumental to our mission. His insights and commitment will play a vital role as we strive to expand access to essential communication services for all Americans,” said Dorwart.

His appointment signals a focus on bringing deeper expertise and innovative solutions to advance the Lifeline program’s mission of ensuring affordable connectivity for underserved communities.
