VALLEY FORGE, PA — According to a recent article in Entrepreneur, the single most important factor influencing a person’s success – whether personal or professional – is mindset. And for those hoping to develop a winning leadership plan, a positive outlook is essential to meeting (and exceeding) all predetermined goals.
No one exhibited an acumen for intuitive leadership skills better than George Washington. That’s why The Washington Memorial Heritage and David Cross and Indispensable Leadership (LLC) will be hosting a discussion on this topic as part of their popular Leadership Series at the Washington Memorial Chapel (Rt. 23 Valley Forge Park, Valley Forge, PA) on Thursday, April 21 at 6 PM.
During “Controlling Your Mindset And Dealing With Failure,” Indispensable Leadership’s Historical Expeditionary David Cross will explore how one can change his or her life by learning from George Washington and how he went from being one of the worst leaders ever, during the Seven Years’ War, into our greatest.
The Washington Memorial Heritage Leadership Forum Series is a History/Leadership and Author Events Program that kicked off last month at the Washington Memorial Chapel. Drawing upon America’s Revolutionary history, the program examines the challenges and decisions faced by the country’s Founders. Analyzing their experiences, the program provides lessons that help attendees in their business and personal life.
The price will be $20 per person per session; students with proof of student status will be admitted free.
