“We’re excited to launch CrossFit,” says Steffani Witmer, Executive Director at the Oscar Lasko YMCA. “CrossFit is designed to create an inclusive fitness experience where members support and encourage one another while making tremendous fitness progress. All shapes and sizes can undertake CrossFit because the workouts are tailored to each person. While everyone does the same kind of exercises, how intense and how long each person does the exercises differs. Our team of certified CrossFit instructors is ready and excited to work with anyone who wants to give it a try.”
