EXTON, PA — The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is inviting the public to attend the Coatesville Community Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday, April 13, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event, free and open to all ages, will take place at Coatesville Area Senior High School and promises an afternoon focused on health, wellness, and community connection.

“Whether you’re looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, access essential health resources, or simply enjoy a day of fun and learning, this event is for you,” said Gary W. Smith, CEO of CCEDC. “We encourage you to bring your family, friends and neighbors as we build a healthier future together.”

Attendees will be able to take advantage of various activities, such as free health screenings, fitness workshops, and interactive wellness sessions. Local health experts and advocates will also offer personalized advice and insight into community resources supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Guests can expect free food samples, live demonstrations, and a “touch-a-truck” experience, alongside prize giveaways and take-home items.

The event is presented by CCEDC through its AgConnect and Health Care Connect initiatives, with funding from the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board. Community members are encouraged to participate and take this opportunity to access valuable health resources in a supportive and engaging environment.
