PHILADELPHIA, PA — Craft beer enthusiasts have a compelling reason to celebrate this October as BrewedAt teams up with BreweryDB to present a Halloween murder-mystery scavenger hunt. Spanning multiple states, the event entices participants to uncover the identity of the “Can Crusher,” with 51 breweries, 5 bars, and 2 additional businesses contributing to the mystery-solving adventure.
The scavenger hunt invites participants to explore a range of breweries, including New Jersey’s Tonewood Brewing and Axe & Arrow, Delaware’s Wilmington Brew Works, and Pennsylvania’s Bitchin’ Kitten Brewery, Space Cadet Beer, and Wishful Thinking Brewing. Adding to the intrigue are bars such as The Boozy Mutt and Interstate Drafthouse in Pennsylvania, alongside Reunion Hall and The Mile Bar in New Jersey. Further enriching the experience, businesses like BrewedAt Podcast and Northeast Tea are also involved.
Participation is free, offering an engaging way for beer lovers to follow social media clues from participating venues to identify the enigmatic “Can Crusher.” “We wanted to do something that highlights the craft beer scene in a new and fun way to those who are just starting out,” said BrewedAt owners Evan Blum and Cole Decker. “We want to create industry excitement about Craft Beer, in a fun and unique way that younger drinkers can resonate with and get introduced into the Craft Beer Space.
