A Tradition of Excellence
Since its inception in 1978, the Chester Springs Studio has been a beacon for ceramic innovation, fostering an environment where artists can explore and expand the possibilities of their craft. Hosting over 270 art classes annually, Historic Yellow Springs remains committed to nurturing artistic development and celebrating the ceramic medium’s rich diversity. This year’s exhibition continues this legacy by showcasing groundbreaking works that emphasize material innovation and superior craftsmanship.
Insights from a Renowned Juror
The exhibition gains an added layer of prestige through the involvement of juror Chris Staley, whose illustrious career and numerous accolades, including the 2021 NCECA Excellence in Teaching Award, underline his authority in the field.
