Dunkin’ Awards $100,000 in Scholarships to Philadelphia-Area Students

Dunkin’ Scholarship

PHILADELPHIA, PADunkin’ and its franchisees in the greater Philadelphia area have announced the recipients of this year’s Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarships. The program awards $100,000 in academic scholarships to high school and college students in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and parts of Delaware.

Supporting Local Students

From over 1,260 applicants, Dunkin’ and Scholarship America selected 20 students to receive $5,000 each. These scholarships will support their pursuit of part-time or full-time undergraduate degrees at accredited colleges, universities, or vocational-technical schools. The program, open to current students and high school seniors, aims to ease the financial burden of higher education.

Criteria for Selection

Recipients were chosen based on their academic records, leadership skills, and commitment to their schools and communities. Since its founding in 2009, the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program has awarded $800,000 to 360 students, helping many achieve their educational goals.

A Tradition of Empowerment

“The Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program is part of our ongoing commitment to empowering young adults and giving them an opportunity to achieve their goals in life,” said Jamie Struwe, Dunkin’ Senior Field Marketing Manager. “We are proud to continue the tradition of furthering students’ educational goals in our community and help lead them to a bright future.”
