DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Bryan Ruzenski, director of external technology services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), has received the prestigious 2025 Operational Excellence Award at the Zscaler Public Sector Summit, held on March 25 in Washington, D.C. The award recognizes exceptional achievements in leveraging cloud data solutions, modernizing IT systems, and improving operational efficiencies within the public sector.
Ruzenski was honored for his innovative efforts in addressing cybersecurity challenges faced by educational institutions across Pennsylvania. “Bryan’s achievement speaks to his dedication to protecting our educational technology infrastructure,” said Dr. George F.
